With the festive season fast approaching, we at Newstyle Print want to ensure that you are well-prepared for the holidays and the upcoming New Year. To assist you in planning, we have outlined some important delivery dates and details about our 2023/24 Christmas delivery schedule.
Key Dates:
- Our production facilities will be closed from Saturday, 23rd December, and will resume operations on Tuesday, 2nd January.
- DPD’s final collection from us will be on Friday, 22nd December. If your order is collected before our closure, DPD may attempt delivery before the new year, but this cannot be guaranteed. In such cases, DPD will contact you with a delivery window.
- Please note that guaranteed turnarounds are contingent upon receiving and approving your proof by 6:30 pm (5:00 pm for express turnarounds) on the order date. Orders placed during the holidays will commence their turnaround times when we reopen on 2nd January.
- Deliveries to England, Scotland, and Wales will continue until Friday, 22nd December. DPD will not be delivering on the following dates:
- Monday, 25th December – Christmas Day
- Tuesday, 26th December – Boxing Day
- Monday, 1st January – New Year’s Day

Important Note:
- Our call centre will be operating with a minimum staff from Wednesday, 20th December, and will close completely on Friday, 22nd December.
- The call centre will reopen on Tuesday, 2nd January 2024. During this period, email support will still be available, and we kindly ask for your understanding as responses may take up to 24 hours.
